ZOXI S.A. Z-FleX

Z-FleX is the most reliable pipeline in the market, designed with superior performance materials and manufactured with quality control requirements that exceed applicable standards: API 15S and ASTM D 3567.

It is a flexible pipeline manufactured from a plastic matrix reinforced with aramid fiber.

It features an external protective layer specially formulated to allow the installation of the pipeline both underground and on the surface.

It is suitable for the transportation of water, oil, and gas.

Design

The polyethylene matrix with adhered reinforcement ensures maximum resistance to external load and provides greater resistance to dynamic loads.

Below are the materials of the layers that compose it, according to the numbering of the image:

[1] : high density polyethylene (HDPE) or polyethylene for raised temeprature (PE-RT).

[2] : functionalized polyethylene adhesive.

[3] : aramid fiber reinforcement.

[4] : functionalized polyethylene and polyethylene for raised temperature filler.

[5] : high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or polyethylene for raised temperature (PE-RT) with pigments and anti-UV additives.

Pipeline deployment and connector installation, hydraulic testing, and recovery of temporarily installed pipelines

Z-FleX installation service is flexible and dependent on client resources.

The service may include: supervision, connector installation, pipeline deployment, hydraulic testing or complete installation.

The recovery service includes: respooling of the installed pipeline onto a reel for reuse at another location.
